"Yuhuayuan - Imperial Garden" is the twenty-eighth level of Serious Sam: Next Encounter.

Plot

Now in the Imperial Garden, Sam must now clear his way through Mental's forces to Qianqinggong, the Palace of Celestial Purity. According to NETRICSA, the Time-Lock is in there.

• Entering the Palace

Welcome to the private gardens of the Imperial family, first built by the famous Ming Dynasty. The harmony and peace that normally inhabits this tranquil space has been destroyed by the crude presence of our enemy.

In the center of these gardens is Qianqinggong, the Palace of Celestial Purity and inside the palace is the timelock we seek. I'm impatient to learn where this timelock leads so don't hold back in destroying anything that comes between you and our goal. Someone has a whole lot of payback coming to them, so the sooner we get to the bottom of this the better.

Gaining entrance to the palace shouldn't be too difficult, Sam. There's a small temple at the far end of the gardens and inside you'll find the key to unlock the palace door. I'm detecting faint tremors from the palace but it's nothing you should worry about.

Secrets

1. There is a small dog statue on the far left wall of the closed building. Destroy her and the next ones that appear behind her. 4 Treasure Chests (2000 points each) will appear.
