"Touts at the Colosseum" is the sixteenth level of Serious Sam: Next Encounter.

Can you feel it? The air is electric with the time disturbance so close. At the end of this road is the Colosseum itself! They know we are coming so we can't risk a frontal assault. I have detected an entrance into the Catacombs below the Colosseum and we will use this to enter covertly and surprise the forces behind the disturbance.

I spy a ticket booth halfway along the road. The Romans were very strict about protocol so make sure you find yourself a ticket, as you won't get past without one.

Stay serious – the minions here seem to be feeding off the power of the disturbance and they're determined to not let you pass.

OK, Sam. We've managed to deploy some Serious TNT via timelock. The TNT is correctly placed and should blow you an entrance into the sewers. Unfortunately we're still having teething problems with the timelock and the detonator didn't land quite on target. The TNT is in the buildings to the left of the obelisk and the detonator was deployed somewhere in the buildings to the right. Search it out and slam that plunger. They won't know what hit them.

Secrets

1. Once in front of the last gate, find two buttons on the left and right in the second room with the bust and activate them. After activation, an Aludran Reptiloid will appear, kill it and approach the base of the bust – a teleporter has appeared there. Feel free to dive into it and you will be thrown to a XOP Gas Gun.

Treasure

• Destroy the first statue on the left and get a Treasure Bag (1000 points).
• Destroy the third statue on the right and get a Treasure Bag (1000 points).
