Tommygun Ammo is a type of ammunition that appears in Serious Sam Advance.

Tommygun ammo provides ammo for the Thompson submachine gun. When picked up, it gives the player 50 rounds of Tommygun ammunition. It first appears in Amon Thul normally, or in The Temple of Herkat Lower via a secret.

Tommygun ammo is quite common, so the player can use the Tommygun for an extended period of time without running out of ammunition often.
