Temple Gardens is the third level of Serious Sam: The Random Encounter.

Plot

The heroes encounter a single Lava Golem close to a temple. Sam suggests going around it to get to Mental faster, only for it to block their path. Sam notes how easy solving that problem was, only for his partner to point out a much, much larger variant that has appeared in the distance. After killing the molten menace, the heroes finally enter the temple, confident to find Mental within.

Tactics

• While the large Lava Golem itself isn't too dangerous, the sheer amount of smaller Golems it summons makes it lethal. It is recommended to use a Serious Damage item or Serious Bomb to kill it as quickly as possible before the Lava Golems overwhelm the player.
• While Gregory suggests taking the bottom path to the temple, it is not actually possible to avoid confrontation with the large Lava Golem, as it will move to block your path.
