"Sirian Mothership" is the forty-first level of Serious Sam: Next Encounter. At the end of this mission, Sam calls a taxi, which is driven by a Gnaar.

Plot

Having found some of the answers he was looking for, Sam heads deeper to find out what's going in Atlantis. NETRICSA deduces that the entire Atlantean civilization is, in fact, built upon a crashed Sirian mothership. This would explain how they've managed to become so technologically advanced. NETRICSA warns Sam that the ship must not be allowed to fall into the wrong hands. She warns him that she can sense some machinery has been activated and is already being used for nefarious purposes. She can also detect a massive energy signature coming from the ship's reactor core, and that someone might be trying to launch the ship. Sam must get to the core as quickly as possible to stop this threat.

Now it is clear. No wonder the Atlanteans have such advanced technology! Their civilization is built atop a crashed Sirian mothership. Sam, we must ensure that this ship does not fall into evil hands. Already I can sense its energy and machinery is being put to some nefarious use. My sensors are detecting an intense energy pulse from the reactor core. It might be that someone is attempting to launch the ship; we cannot let them escape. You must move to the core now and put a stop to this!

Secrets

1. This will come after you pass through, as Sam calls it, the "alien science laboratory". You will take a very fast elevator ride upward; pay attention to what you see, as there will a complex of pipes. Once you've come to the end of the elevator ride, make your way to the catwalk along the circumference of the tower you are in. Walk about halfway and look downward for a pipe and drop onto it. Then, look for another pipe which runs perpendicular to the one you're standing on, and drop onto that one. There will be a third pipe you'll have to find, which will appear as if it's flowing into a cavern in the wall; you'd better jump for this one. After that, you won't have to drop onto any further pipes. Carefully adjust yourself to where you can safely walk into this cavern, otherwise you will fall to your death. Once inside, drop down and you'll find an Extra Large Health, Super Armor and 4 treasure artifacts (20,000 points).
