Sewer, Gas, and Lava is the sixteenth level of Serious Sam: Double D, and the twentieth level of Serious Sam: Double D: XXL.
Plot[]
NETRICSA is getting suspicious about what is going on inside of Mount Vesuvius, as she is curious as to how she and Sam survived the volcanic eruption. She discovers that there are generators inside the volcano that are leeching power from Vesuvius and Mental's forces have altered the flow of time. NETRICSA wonders what they need to generate so much power, and Sam thinks it's to create a super-powerful army of monsters. She somewhat agrees to his strange theory, and he now must escape from Vesuvius.
Secrets[]
- When you encounter a Major Bio-mechanoid, jump on its back (or on the back of a Minor Bio-mechanoid). From there, jump onto the upper platforms, and then head east (to the right). There, in the rock, is a hidden Gunstack Connector.
- When you get to the scaffolding, you will notice a Super Armor. It's quite easy to reach it. Pick up it to register the secret.
- In the same location, pass through the tunnel and you should notice the way up. You can get up there by wall jumping with the Jump Pad. Up there is a secret Type II Machine Pistol.
