The Rocketboard is a vehicle that appears in Serious Sam 2 and Serious Sam: Double D: XXL.
Overview[]
The rocketboard is a snowboard that has two jets attached to it, which lets the user control it. The player can control the rocketboard by pressing the A key to move back, the D key to move forward, and the space or W key to jump. The longer the player presses the jump key, the further they will go up.
In XXL, the rocketboard only appears in the level of the same name.
Tactics[]
- The rocketboard is mainly used for getting a large amount of Cerebral Controllers, so the player should try to get a lot of them as much as they can.
- It is relatively powerful against weak enemies, such as Beheaded Bombers, Beheaded Firecrackers and Beheaded Rocketeers, as it can gib them when it hits them, but it is ineffective against larger enemies, such as Minor Bio-mechanoids, as it can't damage them.
- The enemies that appear in the level with it are not much of a threat, as their projectiles can be easily avoided. The Beheaded Kamikazes can be avoided by jumping over them.

- In XXL, the Beheaded soldiers use a variant of the rocketboard.
