- ―One-Eyed Olga[src]
"One-Eyed" Olga (full name unknown) is a former member of the Russian Resistance who fought during the Tunguska Offensive. She is a highly-skilled sniper and has gained a fierce reputation for her skills and combat experience, which has resulted in her being greatly feared by both Mental's forces and the Octanians.[1][2] She is mentioned in Serious Sam 4, and makes a physical appearance in Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem, serving as a supporting character.
Biography[]
The details of One-Eyed Olga's life are largely unknown, wrapped up in myth and rumor. She was born in a small village near Arkhangelsk, Russia, where her father, a Russian ex-military officer, trained Olga to handle firearms.[1]
Legend has it that when Mental's Horde invaded Earth, Olga walked over 60 miles across the taiga on foot just to sign up for a local resistance cell. A year later, after losing her squad in a fierce hand-to-hand battle with a horde of Kleer Skeletons, Olga struck out on her own, though she usually remained in touch with the Earth Defense Force.[1]
She has fought in many engagments. Notable ones include the Bloodyvostok Battle and Arkhangelsk Blockade.
Appearances[]
Serious Sam 4[]
She is mentioned by Bill Corwin on Radio Free Earth as being responsible for killing Ktapodius the Strangler, an Octanian general. However, in later news, she's reported to have been killed while trying to sabotage the portal in Tunguska.[3]
Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem[]

Olga reveals to Sam to be alive and well, despite what others previously thought.
Olga makes her first appearance after Sam makes his way to the church in the Siberian wilderness. Sam, amazed to see that she is alive, is confused after he heard about her 'death' on the radio. She reveals to him that she had faked her death to avoid drawing any more attention to Octanian units after they started attacking her when she killed Ktapodius the Strangler.[2] She also reveals to Sam that she was the one who took out one of the engines of General Brand's transport plane.
Sam agrees to help Olga out, seeing as he just attracted some unwanted enemy attention. Sam and Olga both defend the church while more Octanian troops and some of Mental's Horde show up. Both Sam and Olga succeed in killing them all. Once the battle is over, Sam asks Olga if she can team up with him, but she politely declines, stating that she prefers to lay low as she doesn't want to draw any more attention from the enemy. Before she departs, she gives Sam a powerful crossbow as a parting gift.[2]
Olga is later seen emerging out of the portal that Future Sam arrives from and reports that she has killed Napoleon as instructed, but this does not seem to have affected the current timeline in any way. Future Sam presents Sam and Olga with a new mission; to travel back in time to the year 1352 BC, where the pharaoh Akhenaton has just discovered a buried Sirian spacecraft. The three of them go through the closing portal.[4]
Relationships[]
Sam Stone[]
She is on good terms with Sam, and greatly admires and respects him, given his legendary status among the EDF, as well as his inhuman ability to fight against hordes of Mental's forces. She was willing to assist him in defending the church when enemies began attacking it, and lended him her crossbow to help him on his journey to meet up with Ledov's Squads.[4]
Unlike Sam, who likes to team up with legends such as Olga and battle against Mental's forces, she prefers to fight alone.
Future Sam[]
Olga met Future Sam sometime after introducing herself to the current version of Sam. She joined up with him and accepted a mission that he had given her. She seemed to follow his orders without question, such as when he had her assassinate Napeleon, despite that doing so could have had major implications in the space-time continuum (she later confirmed that killing him resulted in no negative outcomes occurring within the timeline).[4]
Personality and skills[]
Olga is a strong and determined individual, and has a passion for killing aliens. Like Serious Sam, she is seen as a symbol of determination and defiance for those fighting against Mental and the Octanians.
She is seen as quite introverted, and prefers to keep to herself and fight alone. This isn't anything personal aimed towards her friends or comrades, but she does so in order to avoid drawing too much attention from the enemy. An example of this is when she decided to lay low for a while rather than team up with Sam to fight against the aliens.[2] She doesn't like formalities, such as when people address her as "ma'am", and instead prefers to be known by just her alias.
