"Morituri Te Salutant" is the sixth level of Serious Sam 4.
Plot[]
Sam and Rodriguez split up after heading into Rome to make searching for Father Mikhail and Carter easier. Sam decides to go through some old ruins, while Rodriguez ventures into the city. Sam hopes that the ruins will lead him to the Colosseum; Father Mikhail and Carter's last known location. Before he can rescue them, though, Sam will have to do battle with a mighty beast in the Colosseum summoned by someone who has to come to enjoy a public spectacle.
Data[]
The Octanian Raider fleet may be down, but Rome is still full of monsters, and some of them are pretty big. Rodriguez is taking an alternate route to the Colosseum, so you're on your own for now. No need to feel lonely, though: rumor has it Lord Achriman is in town, so you might get to make a new friend.
Side objectives[]

Secrets[]
- From the beginning, you'll see a sandbag next to a column. Jump onto the ledge next to the column, onto the sandbag, then the next ledge and then onto the column. Then, jump onto the wall until you reach the top of the building. There is a black hole gadget there.
- Follow the road until you get past the gate and into a yard. Keep going until you see a pile of rubble in between some walls. Sprint-jump onto the wall on the left, then onto the right and onto the ledge. Past the ledge is a secret Time Warp. It's recommended that you destroy the trees in this area first as this makes finding the gadget a lot easier.
- Opposite of #2, there are several tall columns. In the corner on the right are a ledge and a you'll see a blue fenced off area. Jump onto the ledge (this takes a few tries) and scale the wall, then jump over the barricades to find a Rage Serum.
- In the area with the locked gate, next to the gate on the right is a bush. Go through the bush or destroy it, through the walls, and go until you reach the end of the area to find a L.I.F.E. gadget.
- In the area where you get the Autoshotgun, there is a chair near some statues and columns. On top of the columns is a L.I.F.E. gadget. Blow up the columns to get it.
- Keep going until you reach a large open area. In this area past the first arch, there is a ledge on the left. Jump onto the ledge, on the wall and then look right. You will notice a gap in the wall. Crouch under the wall to find an ammo depot.
- Opposite #6, there is a ledge you can climb on between two walls that are sticking out with a ruined statue on top. Jump over the ledge to find a L.I.F.E. gadget.
- In the area where you can choose to do the side objective, there is a small watchtower. Go in there to find another L.I.F.E. gadget.
- Instead of going down the hill, make your way through the fortification and go down to the bottom until you come across an arch with some scaffolding in it. Destroy the scaffolding to reveal a Holodecoy.
- Back on the road to the main objective, fire a rocket at the sculptures at the ramparts. Then shoot the orb to register the secret.
- When you exit the ruins, you will end up at this street. From here, turn right until you get to somes barricades, and behind the dumpster is a L.I.F.E. gadget.
- Once you get to the Colosseum, go to the far end on the right. Behind the wrecked car is a L.I.F.E. gadget.
- Opposite on #12, on the far left, there is a bush with a hidden rage serum.
