Large Health (First-Aid Box in Serious Sam: Double D) is a healing item that appears in the Serious Sam series.
Overview[]
Large health is the second highest healing item in the Serious Sam games. When picked up, it gives the player 50 health points. While very useful, it should be reserved for until the player has around 60 or less health, or else its large amount of health points will be wasted.
Appearances[]
This item usually appears before the player gets into a large battle or between waves of enemies in a large battle. It is also found in secrets, with some secrets containing just a large health.

- Large health's design varies between games:
- In most titles, it appears as a white box or cube with a red cross on the sides of the cube.
- In Serious Sam HD, it is a white cube with a heart on the sides.
- In Serious Sam 3: BFE, it is a box of medical supplies with a red cross on it.
- In Serious Sam 4 and Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem, it is a large green first aid kit.
