Large Health is a healing item that appears in the Serious Sam series.
Overview
Large health is the second highest healing item in the Serious Sam games. When picked up, it gives the player 50 health points. While very useful, it should be reserved for until the player has around 60 or less health, or else its large amount of health points will be wasted.
Appearance
The appearance of this item varies throughout the games:
- In almost every game that large health appears in, it is a cube-shaped box with a red cross on it.
- In Serious Sam HD and Serious Sam VR, it is a cube-shaped box with red hearts on it.
- In Serious Sam 3: BFE and Serious Sam 3 VR: BFE, it is a small box of medical supplies.
Occurrence
Large health usually appears before the player gets into a large battle or between waves of enemies in a large battle. It is also found in secrets, with some secrets containing just a large health.
