Fireball Fury is the fourteenth level of Serious Sam: Double D, and the seventeenth level of Serious Sam: Double D: XXL.

Plot

As Sam continues his search for the last beacon, Mount Vesuvius erupts, causing large fireballs to rain down from the sky. Luckily for Sam, some strange creatures have appeared that he can use to take shelter from the fireballs.

Secrets

1. The first secret can be found to the left of the drop-off location. There will be a path up and then a wall with platforms in the air. There you can find a Gunstack Connector.
2. When you encounter the second Giant Flea, you must jump on its back and quickly jump to the left. There is a house with a secret 0-4377 Flamethrower inside. Beware that picking up the flamethrower will cause 2 Major Bio-mechanoids to spawn.
3. When you get to the next Giant Flea (there will be 3 health pickups in its path), it's important to jump on its back. Jump from its back to the left and scale the building via the hidden platforms. There is a gunstack connector waiting on the top, but be wary of the fireballs raining from above and the two Minor Bio-mechanoid that spawn when it's collected.
