Overview[]
The cerebral controller is the game's currency that is used for purchasing weapon upgrades and increasing ammo capacity from The Trader. It is obtained in several ways. The most common way to obtain them is by killing enemies, though they can also be found in crates that contain them or in certain parts of a level. They also replace items that cannot be obtained again when the player starts a previous level, such as weapons and MBG pies. The player will get a portion of controllers back if they revert a weapon upgrade.
A large amount of controllers can be found in secrets. As such, the player should try to reach secret places for getting more of them.
Tactics[]
- It is recommended that the player should aim to get as many controllers at once. This way, they can buy multiple weapon upgrades or stronger ones.
