The Beheaded VaporWave is an enemy unique to Serious Sam Classics: Revolution.

Overview[]

The Beheaded VaporWave appears as a headless man wearing a light blue t-shirt. He is an executed Sirian soldier that has been implanted with a life control unit, equipped with a strange claw-gun in one hand, and holds his head on the other, which is used to obtain visual and sound data. He has a bit higher health in comparison to other beheaded soldiers owing to his bio-metal alloy skin.

Appearances[]

Like other new enemies featured in the game, the VaporWave doesn't appear in the original levels, and only appears in them in co-op mode if the mutator that replaces original enemies with new ones is enabled. However, he appears in one of the survival levels and in the Bright Island campaign, the latter starting from Forlorn Ruins onwards, although he can appear earlier in Crystal Cove if the player picks up the Extra Small Armor located inside the church.

Behavior and skills[]

The VaporWave is similar in behavior to the Beheaded Firecracker as that he fires projectiles from his gun. The differences are that the VaporWave fires his projectiles in all directions, and the projectile he fires is randomized, such as the Firecracker and Rocketeer's projectiles, Zorg Mercenary's beam, the Minor Bio-mechanoid's laser, and the Scythian Witch-Harpy's projectile. Should he kill a low-health player who is standing in front of him at point-blank range, he will gib them as well.
