Dark Delilah is a playable character in the Serious Sam series.
Biography[]
Dark Delilah is, basically, an "evil" version of Serious Sammy, like how Mental Mate is an "evil" version of Serious Sam.
Appearances[]
Although originally created & planned to be included in Serious Sam: Xbox, she was first introduced as a multiplayer character in Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, and was made part of Serious Eight DLC pack. She was made playable again in Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem after being added as part of the 1.03 patch.[1]
Appearance[]
The model is similar to Serious Sammy, but her outfit is black instead of white, her hair blonde (originally black with colored hairpins), and her shoes are an orange color rather than red. Otherwise, she is basically the same as Serious Sammy, right down to the tramp stamp, and a dragon tattoo near her neck in Serious Sam HD.
In Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem, she has been given a new design, and her hair is again black with orange highlights. She wears a black jacket, black crop top, black jeans and black sneakers. She also wears a belt that has the Serious Sam logo on it.
Behind the scenes[]
- Her original model was supposed to appear in Serious Sam: Xbox, but didn't make it to the game officially until Serious Sam HD[2]. Nevertheless, Croteam's 3D artist Admir Elezovic released the model (among other Serious Sam: Xbox models sources) on February 7th, 2003.[3]
Trivia[]
- Her model can only be used in Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter if the player has bought the Serious Eight pack, but she can be puchased and played in all games supported by Serious Sam Fusion if the player has the pack installed.
- In Siberian Mayhem, she shares the same character select screen quote as Serious Sammy.
