The Choculamare is an enemy that appears in Serious Sam: Tormental.

Overview

The Choculamare is an unstable schema of the Boombat.

Appearances

Choculamares fly around in groups in the caverns of "Nightmare Caves". Like other nightmare creatures, they can only be killed by explosions or killing every non-nightmare creature in the room.

Behavior and skills

The Choculamare's only attack is to charge into the player. Like the Boombat, they will attempt to avoid the player's attacks.

Tactics

• Explosive weapons such as the Bomber, Rocket or Serious Bomb are needed to destroy them.
• Using Bomb's remote detonate ability can be useful for dealing with this enemy, provided there are plenty of bombs in the room.
• The player should avoid Choculamares whenever they get the chance.
• If there are many Choculamares present, don't get distracted by them and instead focus on the killable enemies in the room so that the Choculamares are killed along with them.
